In the Middle

Aubrey was  once full of peanut farms that became  horse ranches in the 80s are now becoming sprawling housing developments in a small town that has become quite popular. Shopping and dining are within 10 miles east and west of town.  Aubrey is a centerpoint between Denton, Pilot Point, Little Elm, Celina and Prosper, 45 minutes from Dallas, Frisco, and Ft Worth. In spite of the growth all around, “The Ranch” still feels like its in the middle of nowhere and offers peace and tranquility in the midst of a busy metroplex .

Just down the street

Pilot Point is where Bonnie and Clyde attempted to rob the bank on the historical square. Bonnie and Clyde Days is the second Saturday in October, hosting a classic car show, Bonnie and Clyde re‐enactments, and fun for the whole family. This is the same location where the movie was filmed.

Around the Corner

Just around the corner is Lake Ray Roberts, Texas Parks and Wildlife Greenbelt Corridor and Sharkarosa Exotic Wildlife Ranch.

Across the creek, over the hills and through the woods

Denton is an eclectic 2‐college town with an old time charm. Great shopping and eateries on the historical square and fun things to do throughout the year:

  • Arts and Jazz Festival in April
  • North Texas State Fair and Rodeo in August.
  • Classic Car Auto Extravaganza and the Denton Blues Festival in September
  • UNT, TWU and WaterWorks Water Park are within 20 minutes from the ranch.
  • Texas Motor Speedway, Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, Cowboys Stadium and Texas Rangers Ballpark are less than one hour from the ranch.
